ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of refrigeration systems, equipment and materials used to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the model.Follow company BIM strategy standards (i.e. Naming Convention, Measurement and Coordinate Systems, Project Parameters, Share Parameters, etc.)Coordinate design activity based on LOD/LOd (Level of Development/ Level of Detail)Defines the project deliverable and the format in which it is delivered and exchanged.Ensure the timely completion of all Project Drawings/Documents as per specificationsInput data information on approved materials and equipment specifiedPerformed all clash detection, materials handling, piping, subassembly fabrication, packaging, installation details, construction scheduling, BOM and BOQAssist and prepare necessary documents for engineering department in Handover project procedure (based on PAS 1192-3)Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager.QualificationsDegree or diploma in a relevant field, such as architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.AccountabilitiesCollaborate with architects and engineers on projects; Implement proper standards,Years of ExperienceMinimum 2-4 years of experience in the similar industryPerson RequirementsSuperior Computer Skills: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office,Familiar with COBie (Construction Operations Building Information Exchange), IFC (IndustryFoundation Classes), Classification structure: MasterFormat, OmniClass,UniFormat, UniclassBIM standards BS 1192; PAS 1192-5, BS 8536-2.Familiar with IIAR Standards, ASHRAE Standards, ASME Codes AISI, AISC, ASCE Standard Load, EN 1993-1-8:2009 MENA region, refrigeration local codes and standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaborative and interpersonal skillsTime-management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to understand technical drawingsCreativityKeen attention to detail.Communication and InteractionInternal: Senior Management, Middle Management, Senior Staff, Staff#J-18808-Ljbffr
