OverviewWe are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab this role you will coordinate our Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and digital transformation across our design and construction projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirementsCoordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processesEstablish and maintain BIM standards protocols and best practicesLiaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinationAnalyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivityConduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverablesStay updated with emerging technologies and trends in digital design and constructionProvide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM‑related issuesPrepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related fieldBIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirableMinimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or a related roleProven track record of successfully coordinating large‑scale design or construction projects using BIMAdvanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and NavisworksStrong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization toolsIn‑depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices and digital design and construction workflowsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesOutstanding communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced collaborative environmentExperience with digital delivery implementation in design and construction projectsKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE is advantageousRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
