BIM Architect

About the CompanyWe are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with expertise in BIM modeling and shop‑drawing creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for in‑house development of detailed and accurate BIM models and shop‑drawings using Revit BIM software. You will collaborate closely with the project design consultants and our subcontractors to ensure that all drawings meet project IFC drawing and specifications.About the RoleDevelop and create detailed BIM models up to LOD400 and LOD500. Create detailed shop‑drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient drawing production. Ensure all shop‑drawings comply with project requirements, specifications, and local building codes. Assume responsibility for the coordination of all disciplines, conduct clash detection, and resolve any conflicts within the BIM models. Proficient with Revit project set‑up and workset/model management in accordance with company standards. Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in BIM technology and software.ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design; Master’s preferred. 15+ years related architecture experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office and Microsoft TeamsFamiliar with BIM360#J-18808-Ljbffr
