BIM Architect (5+ Years Experience)

RMJM is seeking to appoint a BIM Architect to support the continued growth of our Dubai Studio.Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for architectural and multidisciplinary projects.Ensure models adhere to RMJM’s BIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.Ensure the integration of BIM technologies into the design process and throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in models throughout the project.Support the BIM and Technical Manager in implementing BIM execution plans (BEP).Ensure BIM goals and BIM requirements are achieved.Work closely and effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless BIM integration.Participate in project meetings, reviews and workshops to facilitate coordination and resolve design and technical issues.Coordinate multidisciplinary models with architects, engineers and consultants to identify clashes, and resolve conflicts using clash detection tools.Generate accurate construction documents, detail drawings, schedules, and data-rich models.Ensure the accuracy of integration of data within the BIM models.Assist in the development of BIM libraries, templates, and standards.Conduct quality checks and model audits to ensure the integrity and compliance of BIM models based on project requirements and specifications.Assist in QAQC process and provide guidance to junior team members.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and design visualizations.Ensure timely delivery of BIM-related project milestones.Stay updated with new BIM software, digitalization tools, and industry trends.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of experience in BIM implementation within architectural/engineering projects.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Collaboration tools.Strong understanding of LOD standards, Model specifications, COBie, and ISO 19650.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Experience in large-scale projects (preferably in the Middle East) is a plus.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Diverse and dynamic project portfolio.Collaborative team environment.Exposure to innovative landscape architecture projects.To apply, please send your CV and portfolio to careers@rmjmd3.com .
