Join us!Job DescriptionCoface Partner is a global network gathering main financial players (banks and insurers) in around 100 countries. Group Partnership dpt is in charge of steering and managing this network in collaboration with Coface entities in order to increase the value generated through these partnerships.The role of the team is:to define the partnership strategy (new partners, etc.) within Coface global strategyto develop partnership business supporting local teamsto accompany entities in launching partnership business, in negotiation, in solution making, etc.to coordinate group experts (Reinsurance, Legal, Finance…)to steer performance of partnersto update standards and rulesto identify best practicesto transfer knowledge to Coface teamsto bring support to Coface entities to manage the relationship with their partnersMissionDrive strategic partnerships to expand Coface Business Information solutions through indirect sales channels (resellers, platforms/integrators, marketplaces). The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, evaluating partner platforms for suitability, managing technical integrations (API), and fostering relationships with C-level decision makers.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesCollaboration skills / client oriented / collaboration / Leadership — Working together with Coface entities by attending meetings/calls with existing and potential partners, defining/handling the partnership strategy, negotiating partnership modelsAct as the central entry point of contact for local entities and/or partners (escalation process).Building strong relationships with Coface entities through regular and proactive communication, respond swiftly and appropriately to questions and concerns from them and from partnersCoordinating group experts required to enhance or to incept partner relationshipQualificationsEducation5-year College Degree required (Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent).MBA or equivalent preferredExperienceMinimum 5-7 years in business developmentPrevious experience in one of the following sectors: consulting, finance, and project managementIn depth familiarity and knowledge of various contract structures in order to know how best to negotiate and anticipate legal issuesPrevious experience in a multi-cultural environment will be a plus.Desired BehaviorsDrive towards results, customer oriented, and forward thinking.Collaborate well with internal stakeholders and supportive of change.Work towards win-win outcomes and achieve value added results during negotiations.Team workAnalysis skillsFluent EnglishCurious and solution makerTravelAdditional InformationCompetitive and stable monthly remuneration.The opportunity to build your career (both locally and internationally) in a large global company, one of the world leaders in its field.Opportunity to acquire knowledge in the field of business information services, trade credit insurance and finance.Regular and interesting team building activities.An unique professional and human experience, in the expert environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
