How does your working day look likeA Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Monkey Bars bar and beverage service including staff management customer service inventory control and financial performance. They strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests while maximizing profitability.COME AS YOU ARE AND JOIN THE 25h TRIBE!Key ResponsibilitiesStaff ManagementRecruit, train and supervise bar staff ensuring high‑quality service.Create work schedules, monitor employee performance and address any personnel issues.Foster a positive and cohesive team environment.Customer ServiceMaintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.Train staff in customer service best practices.Beverage Selection and InventoryManage and maintain a well‑stocked bar with a diverse range of quality beverages.Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage stock rotation.Control costs by minimizing wastage and theft.Bar OperationsEnsure the bar is clean, organized and complies with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient bar operation.Oversee the preparation and presentation of drinks.Menu DevelopmentCreate and update drink menus based on seasonal trends and customer preferences.Set pricing strategies to optimize profitability while staying competitive.Financial ManagementMonitor and analyze sales, costs and profitability.Develop and manage budgets aiming to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.Implement sales promotions and strategies to boost bar revenue.Marketing and PromotionCollaborate with the hotel’s marketing team to promote the bar through various channels.Organise and host special events, themed nights and entertainment to attract customers.Compliance and LicensingEnsure the bar adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and licensing requirements.Maintain a clean record of inspections and licences.Security and SafetyImplement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of staff and customers.Handle any security issues or disturbances in a professional manner.ReportingPrepare regular reports on bar performance, sales and expenses for management.Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control and inventory management.Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a diverse team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a guest‑first mentality.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.Experience with event planning including pop‑up events is a plus.Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.Additional InformationGet to know all the other 25hours hotels and stay ten nights a year for free as an employee!Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world.Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners.Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more…Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
