This role assists in securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operations to deliver exceptional event experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in generating banquet and event sales through proactive prospecting, networking, and client follow-up.Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections for prospective clients.Support contract negotiations and ensure accurate documentation of event details.Coordinate with culinary, operations, and banquet teams to ensure successful event execution.Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.Assist in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in banquet sales, event coordination, or hospitality sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and sales/event management systems.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Additional InformationKey CompetenciesSales-driven and results-orientedDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughTeam collaboration and leadership supportProfessional presentation and communicationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
