Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi team. In this role, you will partner with banking channels to drive insurance product distribution, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage your bancassurance and insurance sales expertise to develop strong relationships with banking partners and clients, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Develop and execute bancassurance sales plans in collaboration with bank partnersIdentify and cultivate relationships with potential bancassurance clientsAchieve and exceed individual and channel sales targets for insurance productsConduct product presentations and needs assessments for banking customersProvide ongoing support and training to banking staff on insurance products and sales processesEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE insurance regulationsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRMRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales or bancassuranceStrong knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance distribution channelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsCustomer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skillsFamiliarity with UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirementsFluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fieldExperience working directly within banking institutionsCertification in insurance or financial services (e.g., CII, IFP)Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsAdvanced negotiation and presentation skillsFluency in Arabic#J-18808-Ljbffr
