The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust scalable and high-performance backend systems while ensuring efficiency security and seamless integration with frontend applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Ruby on Rails.Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for scalability and performance.Implement secure and efficient RESTful APIs for frontend integration.Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and automate CI/CD processes.Optimize queries and database structures for high-performance applications.Troubleshoot and debug backend issues to ensure system reliability.Stay updated with industry best practices and security standards.Requirements12 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.Strong expertise in PostgreSQL including database design and optimization.Experience with Sidekiq Redis and background job processing.Familiarity with GraphQL WebSockets or API versioning is a plus.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.Solid understanding of security best practices and system architecture.If you’re passionate about backend development and want to work on exciting scalable projects we’d love to hear from you.
