This is a pivotal role focused on driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and strengthening our institutional pipeline across the region.Working closely with Sales, PR and Group Marketing, you will deliver targeted regional campaigns, develop thought-leadership content, manage high-impact industry events, and elevate our institutional brand presence across digital and earned media channels. You will take ownership of campaign performance, budget management and competitor analysis, ensuring all activity aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives.This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow CMC Markets’ institutional presence in the Middle East within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Create, deliver and manage the institutional marketing communications strategy to drive engagement and qualified leads, building and nurturing a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.* Develop and execute regionally-specific campaigns to target key audiences with new or existing propositions* Develop a content marketing plan using consumer insights to position CMC Markets as a thought leader for the industry* Deliver the calendar of institutional event activities from booking through to implementation* Manage the B2B social media channels & build the online profiles of our institutional sales team* Drive awareness of CMC Markets institutional offering through earned media exposure, working closely with our PR consultant* Work with group marketing to ensure all activity is executed in line with brand guidelines* Manage the monthly institutional Marketing spend, ensuring alignment with the allocated budget* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing monthly reporting to the Head of Marketing & Head of Connect Sales & Account Management Middle East* Conduct regular analysis on competitor activity* Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training* When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets* Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality* Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE****Essential criteria*** Previous experience of directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results* Expert in creating successful B2B brand awareness, demand and lead generation campaigns across the marketing mix, including events, paid media channels, content, social media and performance marketing.* Demonstrated experience working with performance insights (i.e. LinkedIn, AdWords, Twitter)* Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions* Strong financial and business acumen* Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.* Work with marketing suppliers and agencies, ensuring the company is getting value from its investments* Adept at setting up B2B CRM processes and using marketing engagement platforms, data visualisation and / or digital analytics tools to create, evaluate and analyse campaigns.* Ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail* Comfortable working across time zones, geographies and with globally interspersed teams, collaborating on projects with great interpersonal communications skills.**Desirable criteria*** Experience of working in a FinTech organisationCMC Markets is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.CMC Markets is one of the world’s first ever fin-tech companies and was launched in 1989 to break down the barriers of financial trading and make trading accessible to everyone.Our mission is to use our award-winning, Next Generation trading platform and unparalleled client service to empower millions of people to have the best trading experience out there.
