Azure Solutions Architect - 3-Month Contract

Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end digital solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a client-facing, strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing secure, performant and highly available architecture using cloud or on-prem platforms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural diagrams.Design digital solutions that are secure, performant and highly available.Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and deployment options (cloud or on-prem) to meet business and technical needs.Explain the rationale behind design decisions and platform/technology choices.Ensure solutions comply with security standards, including encryption and decryption requirements.Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with business goals.Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, infrastructure, and process flows to ensure consistent implementation and knowledge sharing.Education, Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Digital Architect, or similar role.Strong knowledge of application architecture, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and on-prem infrastructure.Solid understanding of security standards, encryption, and data protection.Experience guiding technical teams and overseeing solution implementation.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with AI integration, data pipelines, and emerging digital technologies.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to balance technical innovation with practical business requirements.Knowledge of DevOps practices, APIs, and microservices architecture.Behavioral CompetenciesAdaptabilityProblem SolvingInitiativeTeam OrientedAbility to work under pressureTechnical CompetenciesSolution & Application Architecture (including microservices and APIs)Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)Security & Data Protection (encryption, compliance)Emerging Technologies & Digital Innovation (AI integration, data pipelines)#J-18808-Ljbffr
