Azure Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to lead the design and execution of a large-scale cloud migration program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure architecture, migration strategies, and cloud governance, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect and design end-to-end Azure solutions for migrating on-premises workloads to Azure. Develop migration strategies for applications, databases, and infrastructure. Define landing zones, networking, identity, and security architecture aligned with Azure Well-Architected Framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current environments and create cloud adoption roadmaps. Implement HA/DR strategies, compliance controls, and cost optimization measures. Provide technical leadership to migration teams and ensure adherence to best practices. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for migration activities. Stay updated on Azure services, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in cloud architecture roles. Proven experience in Azure migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, databases, applications). Strong knowledge of Azure networking, security, identity, and governance. Expertise in Azure Migrate, Database Migration Service, and Site Recovery. Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform). Understanding of compliance frameworks and cost management in Azure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure Security Engineer Associate Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Customer-centric mindset with focus on quality and delivery.
