Job Description
We are looking for a highly connected and commercially driven AWS Alliance Manager to lead and expand a strategic hyperscaler partnership across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.Based in Riyadh, this role will be instrumental in building deep, on-the-ground relationships with AWS local leadership and sales teams, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and accelerating cloud-led growth across key enterprise and public sector accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the AWS alliance strategy across the Middle East, with a strong focus on KSA market growthBuild and maintain strong, local relationships with AWS teams in Saudi Arabia, including sales, partner, and leadership stakeholdersDrive joint account planning and co-sell motions with AWS to generate pipeline and close opportunitiesIdentify and develop strategic opportunities across enterprise and government sectors in KSALead joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with AWS priorities in the regionEnable internal sales teams on AWS offerings, propositions, and co-selling best practicesWork closely with delivery and solutions teams to align capabilities with AWS-led opportunitiesTrack pipeline, revenue performance, and alliance KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting and forecastingRepresent the organization in AWS regional events, executive briefings, and partner forumsRequirements8–12+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or cloud business developmentProven, existing relationships with AWS teams in Saudi ArabiaStrong understanding of the KSA market, including enterprise and/or public sector landscapeDemonstrated success in driving revenue through AWS or hyperscaler partnershipsExperience working within system integrators, consulting firms, or large technology organizationsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at senior/executive levelAbility to operate effectively in a matrixed, high-growth environmentExperience with AWS co-sell programs, funding mechanisms, and partner ecosystemKnowledge of cloud migration, application modernization, data, and AI use casesFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in KSA#J-18808-Ljbffr
