In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Islamic Finance portfolio while ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to regulatory standards in the Abu Dhabi financial market.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our Islamic Finance business in the Abu Dhabi marketLead and motivate a team of Islamic financesales professionals to achieve and exceed targetsEstablish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growthAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize our product offeringsCollaborate with risk management teams to ensure proper credit risk assessment and underwriting processesEnsure compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal policies in all sales activitiesMonitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvementConduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of team membersWork closely with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaignsStay informed about the Abu Dhabi financial market and adapt strategies accordinglyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferredMinimum 4-8 years of experience in islamic banking or related financial services, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsIn-depth knowledge of personal loan products, services, and market trends in the UAE, particularly in Abu DhabiProficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit underwriting processesFamiliarity with UAE banking regulations and compliance requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteProfessional certifications in banking or financial services (e.g., CFA, CFP) are advantageousAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditionsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving both short-term and long-term business objectivesFluency in English and ArabicExperience in the Abu Dhabi financial market is highly desirableJob LocationAbu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesFirst Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) | FAB One Tower Branch#J-18808-Ljbffr
