Automotive Technician/Mechanic – No Flat Rate

Job DescriptionWe have a brand‑new auto repair shop fully equipped with state‑of‑the‑art tools and are seeking a highly experienced automotive technician. Our specialty is repairing minor damage, insurance‑claim vehicles—allowing customers to save thousands on new purchases. With our expansion, we aim to become the highest‑volume rebuilder car dealer in Wisconsin.As we grow, the right candidate will perform mechanical and diagnostic repairs on the vehicles we recondition. Duties include installing body panels, bumpers, and other trim pieces; working exclusively on cars and SUVs (not trucks); and handling only newer, low‑mileage vehicles to avoid the challenges of old, rusty cars.
