Associate Teacher - Emirati Nationals Only

Classroom & Learning SupportAssist the teacher in delivering lessons by supporting individual or small groups of students.Organize and distribute learning materials, set up audio‑visual equipment, and prepare project resources.Supervise students during teacher‑led activities and provide one‑on‑one instructional support when needed.Maintain classroom supplies and assist children in using materials, cleaning up, and organizing their workspaces.Support reading, literacy, numeracy, and phonics activities under teacher guidance.Cover classes during short teacher absences (emergency only), following the given lesson plans.Administrative SupportHandle general office tasks including photocopying, filing, preparing worksheets, and managing resources.Assist with SPEA inspection preparations, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete.Provide assistance to school administration in coordination and event logistics as required.Student Supervision & SafetySupervise students during breaks, lunchtime, pick‑up, and drop‑off, ensuring safety and positive behavior.Monitor dispersal as per the duty assigned.Escort children to the washroom and guide with personal hygiene for young children when necessary.Ensure safe handover of students to authorised adults at home drop‑off points.Cultural & Co‑Curricular ActivitiesTake an active role in the planning and execution of the UAE National Day and other Emirati cultural celebrations.Support after‑school activities and events, enhancing the holistic development of students.Promote Emirati heritage, language, and values through school activities and displays.Health and SafetyFollow and enforce all school health and safety procedures.Maintain vigilance in classrooms and common areas to prevent accidents or hazards.Support in implementing policies related to student conduct, behaviour, and safety.SkillsQualifications/knowledge:Good level of general education especially in Math and English.Skills:Strong communication skills with excellent standard of written and spoken English. ICT skills desirable. Able to handle a range of tasks, work under pressure and relate well to children and colleagues.#J-18808-Ljbffr
