<div><p>This is a remote position.</p><h3><b>Associate Recruiter - Healthcare</b></h3><p>Black&Grey HR is looking for an experienced<b>Associate Recruiter - Healthcare</b>with strong exposure to UAE and global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience hiring Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health professionals along with a solid understanding of licensing requirements (DHA, DOH, HAAD, MOH, DHCC) and regional compliance processes.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles across UAE and international locations.</li><li>Source, screen, and assess candidates for positions including Nurses, Physicians, Specialists, and Allied Health professionals.</li><li>Develop and manage talent pipelines for urgent and recurring healthcare positions.</li><li>Ensure candidates meet licensing requirements such as DHA, DOH, HAAD, MOH, DHCC, NCLEX, UK NMC, etc.</li><li>Conduct detailed candidate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and deliver timely updates.</li><li>Use recruitment tools, job portals, and social platforms to attract quality talent.</li><li>Ensure an excellent candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally.</li><li>Stay updated with global healthcare hiring trends, licensing changes, and market movements.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment specifically for UAE and global markets, working with hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, or healthcare staffing agencies.</li><li>Proven experience hiring Nurses, Doctors, and other clinical professionals.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE healthcare licensing systems: DHA, DOH, HAAD, MOH, DHCC.</li><li>Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, job boards, and professional networks.</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume roles as well as sourcing for niche senior-level hiring.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Attractive salary&benefits.</li><li>Fully remote flexible work environment.</li><li>Strong focus on learning and development with continuous training.</li><li>Opportunity to work with leading healthcare clients across UAE and global markets.</li><li>Collaborative team culture with strong growth potential.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
