Job TitleAssociate - PresalesJob ScopeThe Associate - Presales supports the Sales team with technical coordination, material preparation, and relationship management for effective pre‑sales operations.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales team by coordinating technical aspects of pre‑sales activitiesSupport the Sales team in responding to customers requests understanding requirements, and tailoring proposalsSupport the Presales Engineer in creating demos, proposal documentations, and presentationsComplete required pre‑sales documentation in a quick and accurate mannerProvide support to the company partners and customersRespond to after‑hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalate issues if neededPosition RequirementsFrench speaking language will be an advantageEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related fieldExperience2-3 years of technical experience in Network Security and VirtualizationExperience with CVAD, Citrix DaaS and VirtualizationExperience with ADC and VDI Concepts will be an added advantage#LI-DNI#J-18808-Ljbffr
