Job Description
Main ObjectiveAs an Associate Director with Four Principles, you’ll have extensive consulting experience and work on management consulting projects, leading a team of consultants and analysts, helping our clients to solve challenges related to operations, implementation, business transformation, process and performance improvement using Lean Management principles.Key ResponsibilitiesAdd value to our clients by helping them address complex issues, deliver sustainable results and demonstrate real impactAdvise clients, design and implement Lean solutions that can help transform clients’ organizationsTake responsibility for leading projects and managing numerous team members, as well as developing junior team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job coachingTake accountability for the team on your projects, address performance issues promptly and take necessary action to ensure performance remains on trackIntroduce change and manage clients’ expectations across the full hierarchy from top management to blue collar rolesAble to shift quickly from one complex situation to another when working on multifaceted projectsAble to align with project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc. across all levels within a client’s organizationAssist in client acquisitions and actively support senior managers/principals with business developmentParticipate in further developing Lean Management concepts, products and toolsRequired Skills5–6 years of experience in Management ConsultingInvolvement in Lean Management implementation and/or experience in a related industry is a plusExperience in implementing operational changeKnowledge and experience in Lean tools including but not limited to: process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM is advantageousFluent command of English and native command of Arabic is requiredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking skillsStrong entrepreneurial and team spiritHigh level of commitment, perseverance, and ability to work under pressure and long hoursProfessional demeanor when dealing with clientsWillingness to travel extensively mainly to Saudi ArabiaEducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is requiredMBA / relevant post-graduate degree is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
