Associate Director, FI Origination

OverviewJob Purpose: Support origination and delivery of TGM products to financial-institution clients such as banks, NBFIs, and asset managers. Contribute to revenue growth through tailored FX, rates, and investment solutions.Key Result AreasAssist senior FI sales in managing relationships and originating structured or flow business with FI clients.Provide pricing support and product ideas across FX, rates, and investment products.Support documentation, approvals, and onboarding coordination for new FI transactions.Track FI pipeline, wallet share, and revenue metrics.Liaise with Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution and post-trade servicing.Knowledge, Skills and Experience6–8 years’ experience in FI sales or related wholesale banking roles.Good understanding of interbank markets and FI client behavior.Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
