Associate Deal Management 12 month contract

Checkout is seeking an Associate Deal Management to join our growing Sales Operations team in our Dubai office to support our global growth. This role sits within our Revenue Operations department. We seek someone highly motivated detail-oriented and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the organization. Within this role you will work with teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive.What you’ll be doing:Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process.Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet client needs while adhering to policies.Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing client profiles.Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient signup.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed.Create and review customer agreements/contracts.Support and adapt the implementation of new processes.Identify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operates.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.Support the onboarding of new colleagues.Qualifications :12 years of experience in an onboarding/KYC roleExcellent customer service, customer-facing and problem-solving skillsDetail-orientedSelf-starter who can work independently with minimal supervisionFast learner and motivated by new challengesHumble and hungry to learnAble to work under pressure, multitask, and consistently meet tight deadlinesSuperb communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with the payment processing industry and regulations is a plusExperience using Salesforce is a plusFluent in English; Arabic is a plusAdditional Information :Apply without meeting all requirements statementIf you don’t meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role please apply anyway.
