Job PurposeLead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Aldar Development's real estate projects, managing campaigns from ideation through launch. Ensure effective positioning and promotion of properties to drive sales and brand awareness across all channels.Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projectsLead brand and content strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiativesCampaign DevelopmentOversee end-to-end marketing campaigns for new and existing product launchesLead and execute Aldar’s brand and content strategy in partnership with the Head of Department, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectivelyCross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with Development, Sales, and Construction Management teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders on various matters related to real estate developmentMarket Research and AnalyticsConduct market research to identify marketing opportunitiesUtilize advanced analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize performanceContent Creation and ManagementSupervise the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and literatureOversee website and social media content managementEvent ManagementOversee the planning and execute promotional events and digital campaignsRepresent the company at key industry eventsStakeholder ManagementDeliver high-impact presentations to various audiencesManage relationships with external partners and contractorsTeam LeadershipProvide strategic guidance to marketing associatesOversee daily administrative functions of the marketing departmentInnovation and TrendsStay abreast of industry trends and innovative marketing techniquesDrive digital transformation in marketing strategiesPerformance MonitoringTrack and analyse campaign performance and ROIPrepare and present performance reports to senior managementRelated Years Of Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing/ mass communication / online advertisingMin of 8+ years of Marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or related sectorReal Estate Sector / Advertising / Communications / Brand MarketingStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in marketing analytics and digital marketing toolsAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachPlease note that this role is for UAE Nationals only.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
