Assistant to Corporate Head of F&B (Assistant F&B head)We are pulling together an awesome team for a Top Tier Hospitality Client in Abu Dhabi, and are looking for an appropriately skilled & experienced F & B Assistant Manager to join the team. The position is open to a female candidate with at least 4 years of managerial experience in F&B management.Reporting Line: Reports to the Corporate Head of F&B.Job DescriptionDaily operations as per SOP and quality standardsMainly assists & works closely with the Corporate Head of F & BEstablish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies & proceduresAssist in conducting daily pre-shift briefings to staff on preparation, service and menusLiaise with the Kitchen and CH of F&B regarding inquiries on food, beverage and serviceProvide two‑way communication & nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation & teamworkComply with all health and safety regulationsResponsible for checking all stocks, requisitions & equipment on a regular basisPrepare monthly, weekly outlook/forecast reportsPrepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations & industrial legislation guidelinesParticipate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating PlansFlexible to work at all locations/rotational shiftsRequirementsGreat conversational skills and teamwork-orientedPositive outlook and outgoing personalityFlexible to work at all locations and in rotational shiftsAbility to travel across Europe without visa requirementsQualificationsDegree in Culinary/Hospitality/Food Service Management or relevant training/work experienceWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office/POS)Good communication and leadership skillsCustomer-oriented and service-mindedPersonality & Skills2–4 years of F&B management experienceStrong guest and employee interpersonal skillsGuest experience-centric#J-18808-Ljbffr
