Job Description

Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business DevelopmentLead regional and international sales efforts, including re‑booking clients from the existing database and acquiring new clients and partners.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and craft tailored proposals.Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries.Ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations, including booth setup, branding, activations, and sponsorship deliverables.Provide high‑level customer service to enhance client retention and satisfaction.Sponsorship Acquisition & NegotiationDrive sponsorship sales by engaging with corporate clients and trade partners.Customize sponsorship packages that align with client needs and event objectives.Manage the end‑to‑end sponsorship acquisition process, from prospecting to contract execution.Market Research & Strategic PartnershipsConduct ongoing market research to identify new trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks.Work with international government entities and trade commissions to establish partnerships and collaborations.Evaluate and propose new initiatives to enhance event offerings.Financial & Contract ManagementOversee contract execution, financial tracking, and ensure payments are collected on time.Work with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives as required.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.Formal EducationBachelor’s Degree in business management or commerce field (Experience in relevant field can be also considered).Work ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in sales capacity, business development, and/or event operations, preferably in exhibitions or conferences.Skills and KnowledgeStrong negotiation skills, sales acumen, strategic planning, and client relationship management.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask effectively, and manage high‑profile clientsFluent in English, Arabic preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
