We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities includeThis role contributes to building a robust ecosystem of merchant partners that drives value for both the TouchPoints (TPs) program and its members. The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the business by managing existing partnerships with merchants, signup new merchants to the TPs Max program and redemption network and bringing competitive offers and deals for customers on the TPs program.Relationship Management-Develop and manage client relationships by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront to achieve desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards. Grow sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of quality new customersPortfolio Management-Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired quality through cross-sell, upsell and retention Increase profitability, relationship depth while minimizing risk to ensure a healthy portfolio. Optimise the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement. Establish an effective dialogue/ working relationship with Risk Management teams in order to build a sustainable asset growthVolume Delivery-To deliver the financial target as agreed with the business headPolicies, Processes, Systems and Procedures-Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholdersSelf-Management-Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and maximise own contribution to business performanceCustomer Service-Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactionsThe ideal candidate should have the following experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development or client facingBachelor’s Degree preferably in BusinessUAEN onlyStrong negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and strategic decision makingProficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in preparing presentationsWhat we offer:Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 12,000 – AED 18,000 per month.
