OverviewThe mortgage professional will play a crucial role in Mashreq Mortgages department. They will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, offering tailored mortgage solutions, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for finance and a desire to help customers achieve their homeownership goals.ResponsibilitiesSource mortgage loans for salaried individuals and business owners in the UAE.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing bank customers.Identify potential borrowers and approach them with tailored mortgage solutions.Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best mortgage solutions.Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell other bank products and services.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the loan sourcing process.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all mortgage loan applications.Provide excellent customer service and build a positive brand image for the bank.QualificationsA bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan sourcing or a similar role.Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage market and regulatory environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications.Proficiency in using mortgage loan processing software and MS Office.Analytical skills to assess customer needs and offer suitable mortgage solutions.A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
