Assistant Manager FinanceJob PurposeResponsible for managing the organization’s information systems and reporting framework. This role ensures accurate, timely, and reliable data is available to support decision-making at strategic and operational levels.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting & AnalysisDevelop, implement, and maintain MIS reports for management and stakeholdersEnsure accurate and timely generation of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reportsAnalyze business data to identify trends, variances, and performance gapsSupport senior management in data-driven decision-makingBudget Planning and ForecastingLead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process across all departmentsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports for managementProvide insights on revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost controlTrack actual performance against budget and highlight variancesProcess ImprovementAutomate manual reporting processes to improve efficiencyIdentify gaps in reporting and propose solutions to strengthen MIS frameworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and data usageQualification and ExperienceBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldProfessional certification preferred (ACA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).5–10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or FP&A.#J-18808-Ljbffr
