Job Description

Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service to out regular members day pass users and have a keen focus on our in-house guestLead day to day operations of the Health Club and ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experienceEnsure all equipment is functioning properly at all times; if and when maintenance is required to liaise with our ENG Team and AMC contracts to ensure they are back to working order in a timely mannerPromote and organize all fitness programs and activities for in house guest/ members and group guests ensuring they are shared with our Reconnect and Marketing Team on a monthly basisEnsure guests are provided with proper instruction on the use of equipment and fitness information to secure a safe environmentMaintain all attendance records and ensure they are accurate and guests are registered according to standardsPromote the facility to new and existing members to support the growth of revenues alongside the Reconnect TeamOrganize special events as required and work closely with our S&M/Spa Team on promoting Boot CampsEnsure the Health Club area is clean and well maintained at all times and conduct regular spot checksAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetings daily briefings to well maintain open communications with the TeamAssist in the recruitment development and training of all HeartistsBalance operational administrative and Heartist needsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesEnsure the HC Team is well versed and trained in First Aid.Other tasks as assigned.QualificationsPrevious leadership experience in a Health Club requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all timesRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
