The company upholds world‑class food safety systems, operational excellence, and a work environment that promotes development, innovation, and customer satisfaction.</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>The<b>Consultant – Logistics</b>is responsible for overseeing and managing all facility and asset operations for the Head Office and the Hamburger University “Training&Recruitment Center.” This includes preventive and corrective maintenance, utility management, contractor oversight, workspace allocation, and ensuring full compliance with safety and operational standards. The role ensures seamless day‑to‑day facility operations, cost optimization, and accurate reporting to support business continuity and employee experience.</p><p>The Consultant works closely with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers to maintain facility efficiency, uphold contractual agreements, and ensure a clean, safe, and well‑managed working environment.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all Head Office and Hamburger University building facilities, ensuring timely execution, issue resolution, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and work areas to identify risks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities, maintaining updated documentation and maintenance records.</li><li>Manage and supervise office crew teams, ensuring cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and workplace organization are consistently met across all facilities.</li><li>Monitor water and electricity consumption, address service interruptions, coordinate with utility providers, and identify cost‑saving opportunities to optimize resource usage.</li><li>Lead and manage facility‑related contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs, high‑quality service delivery, contract compliance, and proper verification of completed work.</li><li>Oversee workspace allocation, office moves, and workstation planning, ensuring efficient space utilization and coordination of office changes.</li><li>Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and facility materials, managing inventory levels within approved budgets and ensuring timely replenishment.</li><li>Utilize and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to support effective facility oversight, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly facility reports covering maintenance, utilities, asset status, contractor performance, and cleaning operations for management review.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager, Administration Department, and cross‑functional teams to support facility operations, **escalate** critical issues, and ensure smooth execution of facility‑related tasks.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><h3>Education&Certifications</h3><ul><li>Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in facility operations, logistics coordination, or building management—preferably with exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS).</li><li>Experience managing contractors, utilities, or facility‑related operations is strongly preferred.</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of facility management practices and asset management.</li><li>Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.</li><li>Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities.</li><li>Understanding of cost control, safety regulations, and facility compliance standards.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational and planning skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting abilities.</li><li>Problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to supervise teams and maintain a high standard of workplace quality.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
