ResponsibilitiesAssist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customersCollaborate with other departments i.e Rooms Sales & F&B in creating effective marketing campaigns.Optimise website performance including organic traffic bounce rate and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.Plan and monitor the ongoing Novotel Sharjah presence on social media (LinkedIn Facebook Google etc.)Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords Facebook etc. to increase Novotel Sharjah and brand awarenessBe actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword image optimization etc.)Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channelsProvide creative ideas for content marketing and update websiteMeasure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics WebTrends etc.) and make data-driven recommendationsAcquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-dateQualificationsA bachelors degree in marketing communication or related fields.3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.Experience with graphic design and content production.Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.Proficient in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Ahrefs Yoast etc.Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO SEM PPC Google Ads email marketing and social media.Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skill.Additional InformationWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
