CSE faculty members are internationally recognized for pursuing high-impact research addressing societal and economic needs in Qatar and globally.Position (Job Purpose)The Mechanical Engineering Program at the College of Science and Engineering (CSE), HBKU, is seeking applications for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The position is in the general area of Engineering Design, with preference given to candidates who have expertise in data-driven and AI-augmented design methods, model-based design for complex products, design for smart and resilient systems, human-centered and bio-inspired design, sustainable and circular design, and design for reliability, safety, and high performance under extreme environments.
