<div><p>The Area Manager at Ninja is responsible for Overseeing the overall operations and performance of multiple departments or areas within a dark store environment. They play a critical role in managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational activities to meet customer demands and business objectives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of various departments or areas within the dark store, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and customer service.</li><li>Ensure that operational goals, targets, and service level agreements are met or exceeded.</li><li>Set performance expectations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and manage staffing needs to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.</li><li>Continuously analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess the performance of departments or areas under supervision.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or distribution environment.</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive process improvements and operational excellence.</li><li>Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control processes.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
