Architectural & Structural BIM Modeler (Revit) – Modular & Steel Projects

We are seeking a skilled Architectural & Structural BIM Modeler with strong Autodesk Revit experience to support modular building and steel structure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate 3D BIM models coordinating across disciplines and supporting construction documentation and quantity take-offs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Architectural & Structural BIM models using Autodesk RevitModel modular buildings steel structures and related componentsPerform clash detection and coordination using Revit Navisworks or BIM 360Generate construction drawings shop drawings schedules and documentation setsConduct quantity take-offs (QTO) from BIM models for cost estimation and procurementIntegrate specifications material data and asset information into BIM modelsMaintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle (design updates as-builts)Apply parametric family creation and shared parameter managementEnsure compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650 / LOD standards)Support Revit implementation training and workflow improvement initiativesCore RequirementsStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure)Experience in steel structures modular buildings or industrial construction projectsSolid understanding of construction documentation and detailingKnowledge of clash detection work-sharing central models and BIM coordinationExperience with CAD interoperability and model clean-upStrong attention to detail and understanding of construction sequencingPreferred SkillsExperience with Navisworks BIM 360 or similar coordination toolsFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulationsAbility to produce presentation-quality visualizations and renderings#J-18808-Ljbffr
