Job Description:, PermanentCompany: Large Architect FirmWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Site Engineer to join our team at a large architect firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of fit out projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement fit out plans and designsOversee and manage all on-site activities, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholdersMonitor project progress and ensure that it is in line with the project timeline and budgetConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specificationsResolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the fit out processCoordinate with clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are metPrepare and submit progress reports to senior management and clientsManage and track project expenses and ensure they are within the allocated budgetEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on siteProvide technical support and guidance to the construction teamKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fit out design and construction.Requirements:Must be Based in Saudi Arabia , (Any) - Nationality Arab OnlyBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in fit out projects, preferably in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of fit out design and construction processesExcellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design softwareKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English, &Arabicboth written and spoken.We offer a competitive salary package, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
