You will work on shipping AI capabilities to production, building systems around LLMs, generative models, and multimodal AI, and turning cutting-edge AI technology into real product functionality.We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving hard engineering problems, experimenting with modern AI systems, and quickly turning ideas into working features.If you like working close to the product, moving fast, and seeing your AI systems used by real users at scale, this role is for you.Your main tasks will be:Build and ship AI-powered product features using LLMs and generative modelsDevelop and maintain services and APIs around ML modelsWork with prompt engineering and model behavior tuningIntegrate AI models into production systems and user-facing applicationsWork with multimodal systems (text and image generation)Improve AI quality, safety, and reliability in productionCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teamsRun experiments and iterate quickly based on real user feedback and metricsOptimize performance, latency, and scalability of AI systemsWe expect from you:Strong Python development skillsExperience working with LLMs or generative AI systems in productionExperience building APIs, services, or infrastructure around ML modelsSolid understanding of machine learning fundamentalsExperience integrating AI into real products, not just experimentsFamiliarity with fine-tuning approaches (LoRA / SFT) is a plusExperience with multimodal or diffusion models is a plusAbility to take end-to-end ownership of solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively with both engineers and product teamsWhat do we offer:REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;Vacation 28 calendar days per year;7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;50% payment for professional training, international conferences and meetings;Corporate discount for English lessons;Health benefits.
