Analyst - Investor Relations

Job Brief:Responsible for carrying out operational and tactical IR activities. Serve as a point of contact with buy and sell-side analysts and investors. Involvement with institutional investors and assist in analysis of the company share register to highlight major regional shifts and track active funds.Your Responsibilities:Primary point of contact with buy and sell side analysts and investorsAssist in analysis of sell side financial models and assess broker reports / market opinion on the company and the industry and use this information towards making recommendations and formulating the IR and business strategyAct as a POC for shareholders inquiriesUnderstands local compliance regulations for listed companies and is familiar with applicable corporate governance requirementsAssist with preparing corporate presentations and any IR communication materials with investorsPrepare quarterly financial releasesResponsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference callsAssist in duct research and analysis of peers , sectors and marketsMonitor market performance and undertake feedback & perception studiesAssist with analysis of capital markets dataAnalyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the businessMust be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlinesYour QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in one of four disciplines: economics, business administration, finance or accountingMBA an advantageMinimum 2 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in an investment firmBackground in valuation and modellingYour ProficienciesStrong analytical and mathematical skillsAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft ExcelBilingual (Arabic & English)#J-18808-Ljbffr
