Analyst - Consumer Data Insights - For UAE Nationals Only

OverviewPlease note this position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.Due to the company's strategy exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add a research executive for our customer success team in SA&I division based in Sharjah.The Research Executive will help with the delivery of client-centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to execute the research projects and maintain a professional relationship with the client by delivering committed deliverables in time and helping our clients execute different studies to provide responses to their business and research queries and issues.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, coordinate and manage tracker, ad-hoc and syndicated Quantitative Research projects by:Receiving and understanding client briefsSupporting the development of research design in proposalsDesigning survey questionnaires and related materialsBriefing and training field staffCoordinating with all stakeholders involved in project executionMonitoring fieldwork progress and ensuring data qualityAnalyzing data and extracting meaningful insightsDeveloping conclusions and actionable recommendationsPresenting findings and preparing reports from proposal to final deliveryResponsible for overall project management and maintaining close working relationships with key team members (e.g. Analysts, Field Staff and Administrative teams)QualificationsAt least 1-2 years of experience in managing Quantitative research at agency side.Preferred industry experience Government/Semi-Government entities, Travel & Tourism, Transportation.Experience in the area of Customer Happiness, Mystery Audits, Brand-tracking, Usage & Attitude, etc. solutions would be preferred.Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English.
