It partners with the Compliance team of FAB and provides strategic direction for the bank’s IT compliance requirements.Role Purpose and ResponsibilitiesThis role involves managing compliance projects from FAB ITD, specifically AML projects and BAU initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. It requires domain knowledge of transaction and trade monitoring systems.Implementation experience of AML (Anti Money Laundering) - SAS AML.Strong knowledge of Compliance systems, especially Transaction Monitoring Systems.Design, develop, and implement SAS AML solutions in complex banking environments.Integrate SAS AML with core banking applications and complex data structures.Address customer reporting requirements, both compliance and regulatory.Enhance SAS AML solutions to reduce false positives and improve business processes.Develop, communicate, maintain, and enforce the overall architecture of SAS AML environments.Understand all solution components and their inter-operability to support business processes.Manage interface and integration strategies with external systems.Implement and integrate SAS AML with various banking applications and solutions.Map data from source systems to SAS AML models.Prepare design and architecture artifacts.Experience with SAS AML integrated with Oracle, DB2, SQL, Hadoop, and Data Lake environments.8-10 years of experience in Banking IT, with at least 5 years in AML domain.Experience working with diverse vendors and teams.Knowledge of the banking industry is an asset.Key StakeholdersBusiness AccountabilityGroup ComplianceIT Compliance Service TeamsIT Cross-Functional TeamsScrum Team and Product OwnerIT PMOIT Support and InfrastructureTechnology VendorsKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceKnowledge & ExperienceUniversity degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, MIS, IT, or Computer Science.10 years of professional experience in banking or IT companies.Minimum 10 years in AML project implementation within compliance.Proven experience in transaction monitoring across multiple jurisdictions.End-to-end implementation experience of SAS AML products.Proficiency in project management and team coordination.Certifications like SAS, ACAMS are preferred.SkillsKnowledge of compliance and project management.Risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and change management skills.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is a plus.Strong project delivery record.Leadership and influencing skills.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, etc.Stakeholder relationship management.Ability to work in waterfall and SCRUM models.Seniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingNote: The job posting appears active, with recent dates, so it is not expired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
