AI Workplace Skills Trainer

<p>MENA Alliances is seeking experienced<b>AI workplace skills trainers</b>to deliver practical, high-impact training programs for a leading multinational corporation's Graduate Development Program in the MENA region. You will equip early-career professionals across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations with the AI capabilities they need to excel in their roles from day one.<br></p><p>This is not theoretical AI training; you'll be teaching graduates how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, Notebook LLM) to improve their daily work: writing better emails, analyzing data faster, creating compelling presentations, and building efficient workflows.<br></p><h3><b>Program Delivery</b><br></h3><p><b>Facilitate interactive training sessions</b>for cohorts of 20-30 graduates in bootcamp (2-day) and modular (4-week) formats<br></p><p><b>Deliver content bilingually</b>in English and Arabic, adapting seamlessly based on participant needs<br></p><p><b>Lead function-specific breakout sessions</b>tailored to Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations roles<br></p><p><b>Facilitate capstone projects</b>where graduates redesign workflows and present measurable improvements<br></p><h3><b>Content Customization</b><br></h3><p><b>Adapt curriculum</b>to the client's specific workflows, tools, brands, and AI policies during planning phases<br></p><p><b>Create MENA-relevant examples</b>that reflect regional market dynamics, cultural contexts, and business challenges<br></p><p><b>Develop bilingual resources,</b>including prompt libraries, templates, and functional playbooks<br></p><p><b>Refine content iteratively</b>based on real-time participant feedback and engagement<br></p><h3><b>AI Champions Development</b><br></h3><p><b>Train high-potential graduates</b>to become internal AI advocates and peer trainers<br></p><p><b>Coach Champions</b>on facilitation skills, resource creation, and community-building<br></p><p><b>Support Champions</b>during co-delivery of training sessions<br></p><p><b>Facilitate communities of practice</b>across MENA markets<br></p><h3><b>Impact Measurement</b><br></h3><p><b>Conduct pre/post assessments</b>to measure knowledge gains and confidence improvements<br></p><p><b>Collect participant feedback</b>and manager observations systematically<br></p><p><b>Document AI workflows created</b>and time savings achieved by graduates<br></p><p><b>Contribute to impact reports</b>with qualitative insights and success stories<br></p><p><b>Participate in evaluation workshops</b>with client stakeholders<br></p><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>3+ years facilitating</b>digital skills, workplace productivity, or technology adoption training<br></p><p><b>Demonstrated expertise</b>using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI) for professional work<br></p><p><b>Experience training</b>early-career professionals, graduates, or entry-level talent<br></p><p><b>Proven track record</b>delivering interactive, applied learning programs (not lecture-based)<br></p><p><b>Experience working across MENA region</b>with understanding of cultural nuances and business contexts<br></p><h3><b>Technical Skills</b><br></h3><p><b>Advanced proficiency</b>in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Copilot integration (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)<br></p><p><b>Hands-on experience</b>with multiple AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Notebook LLM<br></p><p><b>Practical knowledge</b>of prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI-enhanced productivity techniques<br></p><p><b>Basic understanding</b>of data privacy, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI governance<br></p><p><b>Functional business knowledge</b>in at least 2 of: Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations<br></p><h3><b>Language&Cultural Competency</b><br></h3><p><b>Native or near-native fluency</b>in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)<br></p><p><b>Cultural intelligence</b>to navigate MENA workplace dynamics, hierarchy, and communication styles<br></p><p><b>Ability to create psychologically safe learning environments</b>for diverse, multi-national cohorts<br></p><p><b>Sensitivity to regional variations</b>across Gulf, Levant, and North African markets<br></p><h3><b>Facilitation&Interpersonal Skills</b><br></h3><p><b>Highly interactive facilitation style</b>with 60%+ participant engagement in sessions<br></p><p><b>Ability to manage breakout groups</b>, peer coaching, and collaborative exercises effectively<br></p><p><b>Comfortable with on-the-fly adaptation</b>based on participant needs and real-time feedback<br></p><p><b>Strong questioning and listening skills</b>to draw out participant insights and concerns<br></p><p><b>Confidence facilitating</b>both in-person and virtual sessions seamlessly<br></p><h3><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br></h3><p><b>Corporate training certification</b>(e.g., ATD, ICF, train-the-trainer programs)<br></p><p><b>Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or multinational corporation
