<div><h3>About the job</h3><p>Role Overview</p><p>We’re hiring an AI Workflow Architect to design and ship reliable, production-grade automations that combine LLMs + integrations + orchestration + monitoring.</p><p>If you look at a manual process and think “this should be automated yesterday”, you’ll fit in.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p>Architect and implement end-to-end AI workflows (triage, routing, enrichment, follow-ups, notifications).</p><p>Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, and databases (CRM/helpdesk, Google Workspace, messaging channels, etc.).</p><p>Build robust logic: retries, fallbacks, rate limits, error handling, idempotency.</p><p>Create standards for documentation, versioning, testing, and release.</p><p>Set up logging/monitoring and quality checks for AI outputs (evaluations, regression checks).</p><p>Collaborate with Ops/Marketing/Sales to turn real business needs into automation that runs.</p><h3>Skills</h3><h3>Must-Have Skills</h3><ul><li>Proven hands-on experience building automation workflows (e.g., n8n / Make / Zapier / Pipedream / custom).</li><li>Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, auth (OAuth/API keys).</li><li>Solid experience working with LLMs (prompting, tool/function calling, RAG when needed, guardrails).</li><li>At least one of: Python / JavaScript / Google Apps Script.</li><li>“Engineering mindset”: attention to detail, documentation, testing, reliability.</li><li>Fluent English (written and spoken).</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience with respond. io, Kajaibi, Freshdesk/Zendesk, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Google Sheets automation.</li><li>Observability tools (Sentry/Datadog/ELK or similar), prompt evaluation frameworks, A/B testing.</li><li>Security/privacy awareness (PII handling, access control, audit trails).</li></ul><h3>What You Get</h3><p>High-impact role: what you build goes to production and removes real manual work.</p><p>Real ownership, minimal bureaucracy.</p><p>Direct access to leadership and fast execution.</p><p>Competitive compensation based on seniority + performance bonuses tied to measurable outcomes (time saved, error reduction, automation KPIs).</p><h3>In case shortlisted required to submit</h3><p>Video presentation (max 3 minutes) explaining:</p><p>your past experiences</p><p>your current role</p><p>your future plans</p><p>why you want to leave your current position, if applicable</p><p>why we should contact you for an interview</p><p>2 links to AI projects developed by you</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
