AI Value Delivery Owner

Define and manage the product backlog in alignment with strategic goals and AI use case prioritiesPrioritize features and tasks based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibilityTranslate business needs into design requirements by liaising with business, design, and domain expertsEngage technical teams to ensure that requirements are feasible and clearly understood for executionEnsure clear communication of goals and progress across all teams involved in AI product deliveryTrack and assess delivery against expected outcomes to ensure product features drive tangible value for both users and the businessSupport change management and adoptionMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and roadmap planningQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:8 years of experience in product ownership or digital product delivery, preferably in AI, fintech, or data-driven environmentsProven ability to manage backlogs, write effective user stories, and prioritize features in agile teamsFamiliarity with AI/ML lifecycle and ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and designersStrong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesExpertise in AI governance, risk management and regulatory compliance within financial services sector (preferred, not core requirement)Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering)#J-18808-Ljbffr
