OverviewAgronomist Assistant — We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agronomist Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Agronomist Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Agronomist in the planning, implementation, and management of agricultural research projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting field experiments and collecting data on crop performanceConduct soil analysis and make recommendations for fertilizer applicationMonitor weather conditions and provide recommendations for irrigation and pest controlAssist with crop planning and budgetingCollaborate with the Agronomist to develop sustainable farming practicesSupport the development of training materials and conduct workshops for farmersMaintain accurate records of research findingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Agriculture or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of crop production techniques, soil science, and pest managementAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsExcellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languagesMust have own visa in UAEWhat we offerWe offer a competitive salary package and the chance to work with a dynamic team of experts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
