Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe. The Agile PM will facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, manage timelines and stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution and delivery of Agile projects in alignment with business goals.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, developers, QA and stakeholders.Track project progress using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello) and report metrics such as velocity, burndown and team performance.Manage project scope, timelines, risks and resources ensuring alignment with Agile principles.Serve as a coach and mentor to team members in Agile best practices and continuous delivery.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing clear updates and managing expectations.Identify and resolve blockers, escalated issues as needed and ensure teams stay focused and productive.Coordinate with other Agile teams or programs in scaled environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).QualificationsEducationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification (required or preferred).Experience35 years of experience in Agile project or program management.Proven experience delivering complex IT or software projects using Agile methodologies.SkillsDeep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.).Strong facilitation, organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).Ability to lead without authority and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
