This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement creative advertising strategies and campaigns to promote our products and servicesCollaborate with various departments to ensure that advertising materials align with overall marketing objectivesManage the advertising budget and negotiate contracts with media outletsMonitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making necessary adjustments as neededStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform future advertising strategiesOversee the work of external agencies and freelancers involved in creating advertising materialsCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions through advertisingRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE or similar marketStrong understanding of different advertising channels and their effectivenessProven track record of successful advertising campaignsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plusWe welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities who meet the requirements for this role.
