Job SummaryAdministrator -Engg. Stores is responsible for receiving the items as per the specifications, storing them in proper location and issuing it to the departments as per request; all transactions to be captured in systemRoles & ResponsibilitiesTo follow SOP for receiving/storing/issuing any line itemTo take care of the inventory areas by organizing and maintaining efficient material handling and storageHandle consumables as per the requirementTo establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectivesTo maintain the cycle count records so that it can be reviewed by the management and also provide the reports related to cycle count activityTo ensure all transactions are done on time without any deviation in Physical vs ActualTo report any deviations in deliveries related to quality/quantityCoordinate with maintenance team for arranging spares if neededMaintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.Maintaining GMP & Hygiene at Work AreaAny other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)KPIsTo ensure there is no variance in Physical vs Actual.Transactions to be completed on time to ensure no variance.Work experience requirement4 years of experience in managing Engg.
