Through case studies, practical exercises, and marketing theory, students learn how to translate data into meaningful marketing insights and strategic decisions.We are seeking an educator who can bridge marketing knowledge with real analytical capability and bring practical data applications into the classroom.About the SubjectMARK902 enables students to:Understand different types of big data and their relevance in marketingUse analytical tools and models to design marketing analytics studiesApply data‑driven thinking to marketing decision processesInterpret relationships between data, models, and marketing outcomesKey Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and interactive lectures aligned with the subject outline.Incorporate real datasets, case studies, and analytical tools into teaching.Guide students in applying analytics to marketing decision scenarios.Assess student work and provide constructive academic feedback.Maintain academic standards in line with UOWD requirements.About YouYou are an enthusiastic educator and/or digital marketing specialist who can translate real‑world digital communication trends into impactful learning experiences. You stay up to date with current digital platforms and understand how brands create value through communication.Qualifications and Experience:PhD in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Teaching, training, or professional experience in analytics or data‑driven marketing.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Highly DesirableIndustry experience in marketing analytics, CRM analytics, digital marketing analytics, or consumer data analysis.Experience working with large datasets for business or marketing decision making.Prior experience teaching postgraduate marketing or analytics subjects.Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy interaction with a professional dynamic team of highly respected educators from more than 50 different countries and exposure to students from over 100 nationalities.The University offers adjunct lecturers at postgraduate level a compensation of AED 15,000 per semester. This covers teaching, grading and providing subject consultation for students.
