Founded on the principles of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, Orbit ISS is committed to providing world‑class services and technology that help our clients address complex challenges in the oil, gas, marine and renewable energy sectors.Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a skilled, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven Accounting & Systems Executive (HR & Finance) with strong expertise in financial management and advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceManage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Monitor financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.Handle project‑based accounting activities, particularly for engineering and service‑related projects.HR & Systems SupportManage payroll coordination and employee financial records.Support HR financial processes including leave settlements, EOSB calculations, and employee expense tracking.Utilize ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit for financial reporting, HR coordination, and operational tracking.Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure financial data aligns with workforce and project performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within oil & gas, EPC, or industrial sectors.Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit (mandatory).Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.Experience with VAT filing, UAE tax regulations, and statutory financial compliance.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.Prior experience with project‑based accounting in engineering or service industries is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
