By combining technology, financial control, and operational efficiency, we help organizations optimize travel spend while maintaining seamless traveler experiences.As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are strengthening our finance function to support scalable growth and regulatory compliance within the Kingdom.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-driven and commercially aware Accountant to join our Riyadh team.This role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting and intercompany coordination with headquarters.You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, improving accounting processes, and ensuring strong financial governance in a dynamic travel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounting entries, bookkeeping, and daily financial operations (invoicing, payments, handling accounting queries).Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR).Prepare journal entries and maintain AP/AR ageing reports.Ensure timely collections and vendor payments.Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.Prepare reconciliations and support financial audits.Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with KSA requirements.Maintain fixed asset register and ensure accurate depreciation schedules.Streamline accounting processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Liaise with headquarters for intercompany transactions and reporting.Control and reconcile virtual card utilization and payment gateway transactions.Support any ad-hoc finance or operational tasks as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the travel industry.If hiring at Junior level: 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in travel.Strong proficiency in MS Excel.Familiarity with ERP systems.Experience with Saudi VAT regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.Why Join Tumodo?✔ Be part of a growing travel-tech company expanding in KSA✔ Work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment✔ Opportunity to build and structure finance operations in Saudi Arabia✔ Career growth as we scale across the region If you are passionate about accounting, understand travel industry finance, and want to be part of a scaling organization in Saudi Arabia — we would love to connect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
