Accountant (Emiratized Role)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join one of our prestigious clients in Ajman — a reputable governmental entity. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the accounting and finance field within the government sector.Key Responsibilities :Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions in accordance with government accounting standardsSupport the preparation of financial reports and statementsAssist in monitoring expenditures and budget allocationsReconcile accounts and support month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policiesOrganize and maintain financial documentation for auditing and review purposesCoordinate with internal departments for financial data collection and reportingPerform other related duties as assigned by the finance departmentRequirements :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyBasic understanding of accounting principles and public sector financial proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelGood communication and time management skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a structured and professional environmentUAE Nationals are encouraged to apply (if applicable)Preferred :Internship or cooperative training in a finance or accounting departmentFamiliarity with ERP or government financial systems is a plusAccountant • Ajman, Ajman, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
