You will partner closely with Senior Account Managers and cross‐functional teams to drive revenue growth, ensure smooth contract execution, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a passion for SaaS solutions and customer engagement.**Responsibilities*** Manage the **Research Intelligence (RI) portfolio** across the Middle East and Central Asia* Own and drive **renewals and upsell opportunities**, including multi‐year contracts* Partner closely with the **Senior Account Manager** to grow revenue and expand accounts* Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, CSMs, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth renewal execution* Review and negotiate contract terms; maintain accurate data across **CRM, Clari, and SalesCloud*** Build strong customer relationships and promote the wider **Elsevier RI portfolio*** Support regional marketing activities and consortium initiatives* Achieve **quarterly and annual renewal and new business targets****Requirements*** **3+ years’ experience** in a commercial, sales, or renewal‐focused role* Degree in **Marketing, Business Management**, or a related field* Experience in the **publishing** preferred* Strong understanding of **SaaS solutions, contracts, and end‐to‐end sales operations*** Proven self‐starter with experience managing **complex renewals*** Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‐management skills* **Fluent in English**; **Arabic (native or fluent) is a strong plus****Work for you**We promote a healthy work-life balance, well-being initiatives, parental leave, and study leave.
